Order Status
I did not receive an email order confirmation or a shipping notification.
  Since order confirmations and shipment notifications are automatically generated and emailed it is likely they are in your bulk folder. If either cannot be located just contact customer service for assistance. We will email a copy to you.
How do I change quantities on an item in my order?
  Email reply from your order confirmation with the changes requested. We will print your change request and attached it to your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be changed.
My order never arrived.
 
Please track your shipment using the tracking number emailed to you. If your package shows "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. If you would like to have your order re-shipped you will need to place a new order. Non-delivery claims are refunded when our claim is settled with FedEx or U.S.P.S.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Please check the products in your shipment against the enclosed invoice in your box. If an item is missing, please contact customer service for assistance.
Do you maintain backorders?
  Novelty House does not maintain backorders. Your order will either ship complete or you will receive an email describing the problem with your order.
