Do you ship to my country?
  At this time we ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Small Toys has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers.

Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.

Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com .

How do I track my order?
  You will receive an email containing a tracking number when your order ships. Although your order may have been filled and shipped early in the day the emails are usually sent at about 3:45pm EST every business day.
How much is shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered your shipping choices.
What if I need to change the ship to address after I place my order?
 
If you need to change the ship to address after your order is placed call us immediately at 800 633 4477. If your order has not yet been filled we can change the ship to address for you. However we do require you to email reply to the order confirmation with the correct ship to address. Your change request will be printed, attached to your order and edited in our system.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
  We may require a signature upon delivery. Regardless, the delivery driver may feel it is unsafe to leave your package and may himself/herself require a signature. Deliveries to apartment complexes are sometimes left at the managers office.

Your order may be returned to us if a signature is not available.

A signature is required upon delivery for Next Business Day, 2 Business and 3 Business Day shipments. Other shipping choices may also require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If you may not be home to accept the delivery we suggest you have your shipment be sent to a commercial address such as your place of business or school.
When will my order ship?
  Orders placed on business days by 5am EST are shipped the same day. Order placed after 5am EST are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 5am EST on a Friday or over the weekend are shipped on Monday.
